Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive/Conv Ctr

It was pretty clean check in was horrible did not provide critical details needed for checking in one microwave down in the lobby random deposit after u already paid which should be taken during initial payment

Toilet clogged. Very disgusting.... We were put in a handicap room and we are not even handicapped. Heater not working correctly, no air flow...all night. Not up to Hampton standards. Breakfast was in a box 2 hard boiled eggs a bagel in a bag and oj What the Kinda breakfast is that.......

We arrived in Orlando earlier than scheduled and reception clerk not only told us room was ready but also gave us a room on top floor as I requested. Pool was outside and heated. Strong water jets allowed husband and I to massage our back and feet. Room was amazingly clean. Good job!! Will stay again when in he area.

Check in and check out was so easy and the employees was very professional . Everything was clean and the price excellent

The temperature control did not function properly. One time heat ran and the next time A/C ran. Continued that way had to shut off. Starting at 4:30am load noises, people yelling, kids yelling and dogs barking in a room on our floor. Dog barking constantly. This continued until 9:00am when I left. No sleep from 4:30 am until we left.

We had a great trip! The women at the the front desk was so nice and friendly, I have never checked in at a hotel before by myself and she made the process really easy for us! The room was clean and beds were super comfy. Overall we had a great stay and will be returning when we stay in Orlando in the future!
