Galleria Palms Hotel

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great.

It was OK my bathroom toilet kept stopping up in it was not housekeeping until you checked out and the top to the stink was off

The hotel itself is ok. The front desk is efficient and nice. The checking was easy. They are more than happy to get you extra towels etc. the only down is the rooms aren’t very clean. The bathroom floor wasn’t mopped and the tub had to be rinsed out to use which when we called they sent someone right away. Other than that it was good.

Nice hotel very close to Disney parks. Would have been great except for a few maintenance issues. One of the sinks had a constant drip. The toilet would run and take a long time to fill. The tub stopper did not work. Also, one set of outlets next to the bed did not work. Each of these issues is fairly minor but with all happening in the same room made it hard to overlook.

We stay at Galleria Palms every time we visit Orlando. We absolutely love them. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our stroller rental there for pickup.

Great value. Close to restaurants, Disney, Covid safe

Checked in around 1A.M. Fabiana was the desk lady who welcomed me with a huge smile, she described the extra amenities, such as laundry and vending machines. The entire conversation was extremely pleasant and professional.

We stay at this hotel when we visit Disney. It is convenient to the parks and eateries. Nice, clean hotel. Also, very inexpensive for being such a nice hotel.

Our stay at the Galleria Palms Hotel was very enjoyable. We checked in with Angie who was very helpful and professional. With Covid going on, many of the amenities were unavailable, but we were in town to have dinner at Disney Springs on Thanksgiving night, and just have a fun night away from home. Our only issue was the mattress was on the hard side, which made sleeping difficult. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel not far from the Disney property. It also contains two "must-haves" for me: cleanliness and security.

We stay here every time we go to Disney. Literally on the backside of Disney property making the parks super accessible. Super comfy and even though they discontinued the free breakfast for now I think this hotel is the best! Super friendly staff and always willing to accommodate you and your needs. Room was clean and the property is well kept.
