You advertise breakfast is included and I understand that times are different right now and we need to be careful but I think you might want to advertise that as well. A bagged breakfast with a yogurt, an apple, and a snack cake is not really breakfast. I’m not being ungrateful but it was rather deceiving.

Telephone didn’t work. Couldn’t get the air conditioning regulated. In the morning, the water was barely warm. Before 9:00 am three people knocked on my door even though checkout wasn’t until 12:00. House keeping knocked at 8:45am, maintenance knocked at 9;00 am and then a total stranger knocked at 9:10am.

The young man that was working the front desk when we check in on 9/25 was delightful and friendly. The woman who worked the counter on 9/26 the next day was not. She spent her entire morning on the telephone and didn’t acknowledge anyone coming or going. Unprofessional. I was disappointed with breakfast. An Apple and a granola bar isn’t exactly what I was expecting. I guess the covid thing affects that?? The hotel was clean and quiet. Room was clean except for the microwave it had spilled coffee in it. Overall I would stay again. Location was good. I like being close to shopping and food.

The rooms are equipped with "blue" lightbulbs instead of more traditional soft white bulbs. The bulbs are great for mimicking daylight, but make no sense in a room designed for sleeping. In fact, studies have shown that the daylight bulbs interfere with the body's natural circadian rhythm and can inhibit sleep. (see sleep dot org for more info). Hampton should take these studies seriously and replace the bulbs with soft white, except in perhaps the bathroom or kitchen areas. And personally, I find the daylight bulbs cold and depressing. Otherwise the room seemed clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The facility as a whole is a little dated and in need of renovation, but is tolerable.

The front staff Kenny was exceptional! What an asset to your team. He was super friendly and fun to chat with. The hotel was itself was great. But he really made the stay. It’s always nice to be greeted by a someone who is happy and friendly.

Kenny G was excellent.. His customer service was splendid & couldnt ask for a better staff...

Very nice, clean hotel. Great breakfast with lots of options. We stayed one night for a soccer tournament in the area and was very pleased. Staff was friendly and very attentive.
