Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport

My stay was good, one elevator out of two was down which made the wait a little longer to get to my room. The shower was hard to cut on at first and around the mini freeze inside was a spell of some kind. Other than that everything was good,

It was a quaint nice and cozy stay. No issues

Short stay, arrived later evening and flew out next morning. Room was clean and comfortable and we were able to order carry out from next door which was convenient considering COVID had everything shut down for dine in

Check I was fast and efficient. The room didn’t have the clean sticker I noted on other doors. The toilet was clogged but was very quickly fixed. The coffee maker had mold coming out when I tried to brew water for tea. I just microwave water instead. The bed and lounge chair where so comfy. Loved them. There was a hair in the shower curtain.

I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past year and things still aren’t fixed when I go back. For example the elevator on the right side that takes you to your rooms the door still closes very slowly like it’s getting ready to break down, it just needs a little TLC and I think the hotel would be great but it looks as though they do the bare minimum to fix stuff other then that it’s a okay hotel if they could stop people from smoking weed In the rooms that would be great

The common areas look a little dated and run down but the rooms are perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel has seen better days....it is in need of a good cleaning and lots of maintenance. Rust around bathroom fixtures, very dirty air vents and lots of wear and tear. I’m surprised it meets Hampton’s quality standards. Won’t stay here again.

My stay was horrible i paided for a king size bed i was given a room with 2 queens The shower didnt work had to call maintenance to fix it. The water didnt go down in the tub after taken a shower. The table between bed was dirty. Checked in at 530 and when i walked in the room and notice it had 2 queens i walked rite out was unable to give me a new room.

Hotel was very clean. Had special signage on room doors to show that they sanitized the room. Felt very safe staying there.
