Hampton Inn St. Augustine-I-95

The service was excellent and the cleanliness of the rooms was great!

Everything was excellent. The only mild problem was the air condition. When the compresor starts its make some noise, that do not help to go to sleep. Eventually I fell asleep.

Went to st Augustine for the weekend to visit with family. The hotel was clean and the front desk employee (I think his name was Johnny) was very accommodating and friendly. We always pick hotels with included breakfast so that was a plus!

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean, comfortable beds. Great front desk. Breakfast was good. Affordable. Highly satisfied will stay here again in the future.

When I checked in I had great service. The gentleman was very nice and made sure that our room was good fir my husband. You see my husband had an amputation of his toes on his right foot in August and healing has not been good. He was very caring and concerned wanting to be sure my husband was going to be comfortable and had what he needed. His attention to out stay was very much appreciated. Will definitely stay at the Hampton again when we visit our family. Best customer service bye the hotel concierge.

The bathroom still had the previous guests soap and towels. We were double charged.

Very clean...and confortable...need more choise on the pillows....to be more firms ..but over all creat hotel...with great breakfast..

WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL WAS THE BATHROOM DIRTY AND THE ROOM # 407 WAS DIRTY AND THE WHITE COMFORTER OF THE BED WAS WITH A BLUE SPOT DIRTY AND THE CARPET WAS DIRTY THAT WE ALL MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER AND MYSELF GOT SICK WITH ALLERGIES , MY WIFE SEND AN EMAIL WITH PICTURES TO THE MANAGER MATT MORAND AT THE HAMPTON INN ST.
