Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale

Overall it was your average Hampton Inn. Girl at the front counter was a little rude.

I travel throughout the year and stay at reasonable priced hotels,well this property best describing “tired very tired hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was sealed when we got there showing no one had entered since it was cleaned. We really like that! The rom was spotless. We felt very safe staying at the Hampton Inn

This is a gteat place to stay with excellent sevice,and a comfy clean bed and they have a great pool and lots to do in the area...Best service around!!

A minor incident but was well compensated. Staff was friendly n excellent service. Comfortable beds n spacious rooms. Very clean especially pool n pool area!

I’ve been a HH member for over 18 years. It’s sad to see that they are using COVID as an excuse to increase their margin. Hilton group is one of the wealthiest hotelier group in the US. They had the pool and gym open but instead of servicing a hot breakfast (which they’ve always been known for) they used COVID as an excuse even after their state has been open for 5 weeks and all restaurant a are open! Imagine how much money they are saving by not providing a hot breakfast. Instead, guests pay for a hot breakfast because they certainly have not lowered their prices. And they did not disclose that they did not have a breakfast which is one of the only reasons I stay at Hamptons. Otherwise I’d stay somewhere else. This is highly disappointing. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was helpful. Most facilities closed due to covid 19.

My stay was fabulous and comfortable as expected. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
