Hampton Inn Pensacola Airport

The desk personnel and other staff were friendly, professional and very helpful! The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. About the only negative I could say was that the TV in the room did not work and the bathroom door squeaked as shrill as a banshee when opening and closing. Neither of these nor both of them were deal killers. I would definitely choose this location again!

Clean and shuttle driver was excellent

Nice property. Got to the room and there were 2 of us. 2 washcloths, 2 bath towels. No hand towels. No racks for towels. It was a handicapped shower. Water ran onto the floor even though I was being very careful. Only 4 pillows. The comforter was pretty but rough feeling. Nice clean sheets. No space for my toiletries in the bathroom. Blow dryer was nice and powerful.

Room was clean but, there was no shower curtain and no floor mat for bathroom. Called front desk , man came to room and tried handin curtain to me but, I asked him to hang it. He didn't bring bath mat.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the sink wouldn’t drain properly and the night time manager wasn’t helpful. I chose this hotel because I was flying in for business and leaving the next day. When I arrived, I called for the shuttle service as directed. The young man that answered the phone was not helpful and never sent the shuttle. I ended up walking to the hotel. The customer service during the day was great but at night, it was horrible. In fact, I feel the employee’s bad attitude and horrible customer service is costing the business money. Based on the rooms and morning management, I would go back but if I am checking in at night, I will chose another hotel.

The hotel was very nice. However our room was a little strange. The bed was a king and the sheets didn’t fit so the minute we laid down they popped off. The rooms had a blue sticker on the door showing the room had been sanitized but our door had no sticker. It was late and we were tired so we just went on in and hoped for the best. Close to the airport which was our main reason for choosing it.

Very clean and pleasant experience. We will come back.

Great hotel, very close to airport. I would recommend for anyone to choose this hotel for your stay in Pensacola.

I actually feel bad writing this because we aren't big complainers but I just feel folks need to know about this place and not get hoodwinked like we did. We were bringing our daughter back to college and chose this hotel based on reviews and the fact that it was one of the only hotels offering a hot breakfast. Well I don't know how in the world this hotel received an 8.4 rating it was no where near that! When we checked in our first room it didn't have the COVID cleaned seal on the door, there was hair all over the place floor, bathroom, under the bedsheets, etc. There was no light cover in the bathroom just a naked bulb. Upon further inspection I found that the lamp sitting on the dresser was stuck to the dresser in a puddle of what looked like syrup. Needless to say we politely asked to be moved to another room. To make a long story short the next room wasn't much better but we were tired and just sucked it up. The hotel had no smoking signs on the floors and every floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Oh yeah, the hot breakfast NOPE didn't have one, but from the looks of the cleanliness of this hotel it's probably best that they didn't have one.
