Tesoro Ixtapa All Inclusive

Muy buen hotel. El personal es muy atento y amable con los huéspedes. El lugar está en muy buenas condiciones. La comida está rica pero creo que podrían mejor la calidad. En general creo que es un buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia.

Rooms close to pool and beach and restaurant.. Food not great

El lugar esta bien pero el personal es mas atento con los extranjeros que con los nacionales y eso no me gusto, no regresare ni lo recomendare.

The fact that we have stayed at this hotel every year for over 15 years should tell you something. My only concern after this last visit is that the hotel is paying less attention to the English speaking visitors. The description of the food on the buffet frequently has no English translation. Announcements at the pool and at the evening programs are not in English, but the music in the programs is almost entirely in English which I think is ironic.

great staff and property

We loved Dennis, he was very friendly. Otherwise the staff didn’t speak English well. The food was not good. We will likely not return to this resort.

Only a handful of the staff were courteous and attentive. The place was overrun by rude children.

The wait staff was the best . Always there to serve us. Security was always in view, but yet not in the way. Food could have been a little less spicy , still always was able to fine something to eat.House keeping very neat and prompt.

The food is awful they have the same food every day

The cheese cake was bad but all the other food was good. Service was great
