La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Perimeter Medical

The check-in was an easy process and they were super friendly. We were on the fifth floor and the entire floor smelled like Marijuana. The room was fine, but our room was connected to another and our neighbors were SOO loud all day and night.

The rooms wasn't clean, I got stuck in they elevator and the people in the front lobby thought it was funny we got stuck in the elevator, then it was lies after lies with the employees at the hotel.

My experience was nothing but amazing. The customer service was great. I needed a blow dryer and it was brought right away.

The receptionist “Nay” was who helped us at the beginning of our stay. She was blatantly rude from the time we step foot in the door to the time she became irate and aggressively yelling in my face. We were given 5 sets of different keys to different rooms in which NONE of the keys worked. Of the 5 the only one that granted access had a water leak from the AC which left a soaking wet carpet. There were holes in the bathroom wall and different parts of the carpet were damaged. Nay’s solution was “We clearly aren’t a good fit for you, you should take your refund and go elsewhere” Her response to me telling her how big of an inconvenience our experience has been was “I’m being inconvenienced too because I’m the one who has to cut keys every time there’s a problem” and then she LIED ABOUT IT. I have it all on video. The manager, Sandra was only somewhat helpful. She too, lacked some customer service. From not really wanting to hear the consumers side of the story to speaking over top of us, to constantly repeating herself that she refunded us only 1 night of our stay as if that was the most important thing. I understand things happen out of our control especially at work but I promise you with great customer service skills it would have never even escalated to this point. Corporate was also no help. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone at all. 0/10. PLEASE UPTRAIN EMPLOYEES ON BASIC COMMUNICATION, RESPECT, & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

It's a great location and the staff were friendly. They made the most out of the pandemic

Elevator stop working we can to use the stairs an we was on the 3rd floor

I called for two pillows got one. There was a half a roll of toilet paper no more for a two day stay. Shower was hard to deal with. Sheets and pillows smell bad. Bed uncomfortable.

The bed was very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep

Receptionist was very rude during check-in. Tried to deny my debit card (with a chip) saying it was a pre-paid card that it did not have a chip and she wasn’t going to accept it. I politely informed her that the card I was using was the same card I have used at the same hotel the week before. Needless to say, the transaction was accepted. When we got to our room, the room reeked of cigarettes and the sink spewed water on me every time it was turned on.

Overall everything was great but the rooms do not have good insulation so when I was trying to sleep at night, I could hear people walking and talking in the hallways. Also I was sad that they were not serving breakfast but I understand since it’s a safety risk during the pandemic.
