La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Primacy Parkway

Room was fine. But elevator and rest of hotel was ghetto and dirty

Great staff and room was very nice and comfortable

It wasnt bad no complaints

The hotel was run down and dingy reminded me of a dungeon elevator broken we walked about 30 rooms to elevator 2nd floor she puts us in rooms all the way to other end another 30 rooms away security locks on both rooms were falling off door hinges I had to go out in my car and get screws and a drill to secure them for safety on both rooms that was probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at actually that place should be closed if I didn’t book it earlier in the day I would not have stayed me or my daughter both rooms were very shabby tell you truth lack of security on the doors I couldn’t sleep with any confidence of someone breaking in

Very comfortable motel. We stopped there on our trip to Georgia to visit family. We will be staying there again tomorrow night on our return trip to Kansas.

A TOTAL DUMP! This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was just beyond nasty. Someone was smoking pot in a room near mine. The people in the adjacent room were having a huge party until way late. I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

The door was hard to open. The office chair had a broken handle. Staff was courteous

It was a good stay, no issues at all

Check in was painful.....computer system was down. The assigned a room to me where TV did not work. Took HOURS to get reassigned to another room. But the most aggravating thing was my key card rarely worked in my room door and I had to get it reprogrammed over and over again, which didn't always work. The good thing was the staff were as frustrated with that as I was and often went with me to use their master key to get me in my room without complaint.

The guy checking people in was not wearing a mask. The cleanliness was not reassuring either, our room was moderately clean at best.
