It’s a great hotel but it’s definitely on the expensive side of things for food / drinks etc! It’s definitely more 5 star prices for a 3.5 to 4 star hotel service. The service is okay kinda seem run off their feet and sometimes there’s a good bit of a wait to be served! The lap pool is not a lap pool it’s a pool for chilling in - I couldn’t do any laps there as it was so packed the 3 days I stayed - There is another pool and 3 hot tubs that people could use but instead congregated in the lap pool. Having the ski lift right at the hotel was definitely the highlight. You also can’t have a drink in the lobby or outside of the restaurant which I don’t really understand - I love to chill in a lobby and chit chat before the night is out- the restaurant gets to crowded and loud it’s sometimes nice to relax by the lobby (maybe that’s just my opinion I don’t know but I have never experienced a hotel that didn’t allow this before). They also do not accommodate any meals for people with allergies my son who has a nut and sesame allergy could not eat anything on the menu as they said they can’t make a fresh batch of anything for him - which was a let down for us - well mainly him.

Enjoyable stay.

Front desk and concierge very pleasant and accommodating. Lovely server at Mallard lounge. Housekeeper went above and beyond. She patiently waited to clean room because I was stuck on hold with airline. Health club staff could be a bit more helpful and friendly. Gym was spotless and nice to use. Great food choices on property

Convenient to slopes/nice spa included/good restaurants- Portobello was very good quality & you could eat in or take out for all meals

The hotel is wonderful; very close to the lifts, clean, friendly staff, beautiful pool area with multiple hot tubs, fire pit, saunas and swim out pool. Perfect location.

This was our first time to Canada as a family and we had a wonderful time. The rooms, service and hotel amenities were great and it is close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back in the future.
