Park Tower, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Buenos Aires

The staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful, attentive, terrific. Property is quaint, public area in lobby extremely clean and well maintained. Bedroom was clean and spacious.

Check in was slow and disorganized. Ok if you were the only one. Executive lounge is only 2 hours 5 till 7pm. Most hotels it's all day. Breakfast area....too small for number if rooms and basically a bun fight. Meant to be luxury....rooms are nice however basics let it down

This hotel is amazing everything was superb the rooms the beds the staff the food the pool wonderful staff nothing was to much trouble

The hotel confirmed by phone and email to pick up us at airport, but no any driver picked up us after we waited for more than half an hour. Late, We noticed the issue to the hotel reception, we just got a word “Sorry “. That made us really disappointed.

A really good hotel in a convenient city centre location. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Best views are water facing, so request that if you want it.

Decor, room size, bed, bathroom and turndown service all the excellent. Neighbor sister hotel Sheraton is available for use and also has great amenities

It was a pleasure staying at the Park Tower. Excellent in every way. They serve looking to the minimum detail. We have been in Buenos Aires many times and this hotel is one of the best. Excellent location!
