Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

Everything was great and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was polite and professional, and the room was clean. The bed was the renowned “Marriott pillow-top” which is always SO comfortable! Due to COVID-19 the restaurant was limited and very few local choices for eating out, but was adequate for us. All in all a very pleasant stay which is always a welcome expectation when staying in Marriott hotels.

The front staff was amazing!! Had a couple of odd requests and they accomodated everyone. Housekeeping, restaurant staff was very accommodating as well. However, Im glad breakfast was included, as I dont think the breakfast buffet was worth $20. And the food options on the buffet didnt change the 3 days I ate there.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. It’s nice that there is a restaurant in the hotel because we were there on Sunday and most restaurants in the area were closed.

Judging by the number of loud teenage boys in the lobby when we arrived, there was apparently a hockey tournament going on in Provo during our weekend trip... Before going to our assigned room on the second floor, I asked the front desk woman, Connie, if there were any rooms available on the top floor (so we wouldn't have people stomping above our heads all night). Without any further questioning, Connie kindly upgraded us to a suite on the top floor since there were no similar rooms available, and put us in a quiet corner of the hotel. I was not even hoping for that, but her desire to make our stay great from the start was apparent, and so appreciated. The room was very clean; extremely comfortable beds and bedding, and nicely decorated. All the other common areas of the hotel were quiet and welcoming. Also, the hotel is situated on Center Street in Provo, which we discovered had dozens of fun little shops and restaurants (F&E Latin Patisserie was amazing!). Highly recommend! We will stay here again for sure!

Staff was freindly and helped immediately with any needs ee had - I have a Service animal.
