Had an amazing one night stay at the hotel. Very clean, quiet, has everything I need for one night. Super relaxed.

The internet they have at the hotel doesn't require a password to access and therefore laptops that require a secure connection can't connect to the network. Work trip with no internet access on laptop was really hard. Important emails on my phone or via the com

Nice Hotel. Restaurant food is decent and the rooms are clean. Elevator has been broken for months and it's busy getting up and down with only one elevator.

The dinner at 75 West was very good, but the breakfast servant( Asian female) was not pleasant in her manner. When I check out the front desk was low efficiency.

Paid around $500.- The toilet did not flashing at around 2am. Asked to help us, and the person that I talked to was not apologetic. Instead, he gave me attitude on the phone. Manager came and tried to fix it. Took 10 minutes. He told me the toilet tank is ok, but slow..... It means filling water in a tank would be slow and running water would be needed time to stop. Yes, he was right. I asked discount because of midnight disturbance and inconvenience. The man said no because I booked through Expedia. $500.- for regular room for a very simple hotel with very minimum amenities such as NOT enough quantity shampoo, conditioner and soap. Way too much overpriced.

Recently renovated and service was excellent overall.
