I always stay here when i travel...They accept pets also..that is a must.. ENJOY the comfort of home.

I like the location of this hotel. I like the ever friendly staff. I have stayed here several times and even with Covid-19 the hotel was run efficiently. Our room was large with room for 3 women. This hotel has the best hot tub in America!!! I will stay here again. Thank You

Lobby was clean. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Room was nice and clean.

Upon arrival I could see 2 employees sitting in the office but neither came to help. I had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front. The continental breakfast was two breakfast bars and orange and a bottle of water. The toilet was clogged when I used it and I had to get a plunger and plunge it myself.

I didn’t actually get to stay because I had a small dog and they don’t allow dogs in the suites. It was a bit inconvenient but they agreed to refund my non refundable prepayment so I am at least great full for that.

We checked in at 1am and the receptionist was kind and ready for us. He had ate keys already made and made checking in very smooth. The room was nice and very clean. I felt assured with my family that they have taken the appropriate precautions to ensure overall cleanliness.

I made a mistake and booked to small of a room, we only had 1 king bed, they were full and we could not switch rooms, no problem we were just going to request a roll away bed, I asked 3 times, all 3 times it was “Oh yes so sorry I’ll have it for you right now” Never got it, my husband slept on the floor.
