The Island by Hotel RL

Ive had better rooms at better prices i understand off season but what they advertised was not what we got i understand renovations but not 7:30 in the morning with a jackhammer i wouldn't be so critical if it wasn't our anniversary overall not a bad place would like to see it in a few years when its done

Amazing trip for my 40th birthday! Beautiful renovations. Gorgeous beach. Staff was so great.

Great location and nice room.

There was prostitutes walking around and taking pictures by the hot tub. Kinda grossed me out.

The room was very loud next to the elevator. In the elevator there was blood drops that was never cleaned up the entire stay! This was very disappointing to us and unsanitary. Room was just ok. We prefer the gulf view rooms which appear to be larger! This stay we were in a pool side room. It was much smaller

We had a 3 night stay. It was wonderful!! The Island has been updated and decor is beautiful. Couldnt ask for a better ocean view and the staff are too notch!!!

Check in was rocky, there was a line and it took a while to get to everyone but it was New Year’s Eve so we completely understood. The room was nice, it was clean. Everything was pretty COVID friendly, with socially distancing. We will be definitely staying here again in the future. I’d give it an 8/10!

I was to happy to find The Island Resort. The views were amazing. The staff were super friendly. It was very clean and the location was great. Everyone in our family had a great time.

Understaffed. Not enough towells even when we requested them.

The overall stay was cool. The only thing I did not like is. Each time I called the front desk or housekeeping. I never got an answer. Which means I had to leave my room and walk to the front to actually speak with someone. Michael, Becca and the other gentleman at the bar was very cool. Awesome tacos on the HH menu.
