Everything was exactly as shown or described in the app. The employee's were cery helpful with anything we asked them!

Easy check-in, cleanliness of facility was good, the heated pool was fun, and the beds were soft.

Room wasn’t ready when I tried to check in at 3pm was told to come back in a hour and a half. Had to ride around town for 2 hours. Room wasn’t updated as seen on the website and it was freezing cold when we went inside. No meat options were available for breakfast, very little options to choose from. My child's shoes were stolen while swimming in the pool. No towels were available to dry off.

Staff was really nice. Everyone wore masks. Sanitizing stations were placed throughout the hotel. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was provided. I would stay here again.

Even though the hotel is non smoking the entire floor smelled of cheap cigarette smoke from 5 o'clock to the next morning. I voiced my concern to the front desk and nothing was done by the staff till the next morning. It would have been a great trip if not for the smoke which was not delt with, nor were we moved or even told something would be done. It felt like we were ignored.

This is the only place my family and I stay when in Wichita. Love the friendliness of the staff and the rooms are always clean and fresh.
