I was accused of smoking in the room threaten to get put out then management tried to keep my deposit. After checkout I was told they I can never get a room at that property again

Tried to charge me twice for a room that was already paid for

The lady at the front desk was very rude when we asked for early check in as we came in from Chicago for ministry purposes. The hallways ceilings look like they are about to cave in. The water in the shower does not get hot. The sink plug was down and didn't have a button to push it back up so the sink will not drain. We called for someone to help and no one ever came.

New to be remodeled due to the price that want to charge.

Remodeling is ongoing. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly

This place is Ghetto. They should be ashamed charging the price they do with this disgusting clientele. Noise ALL NIGHT LONG. The staff was horrible! I never will stay here again.

Friendly staff Very clean patrons wore masks very peaceful I always stay there when i travel to Detroit
