Very pleased with check in! The housekeeper was amazing. Checkout was pleasant and easy. Very nice staff!!!

It was very noisy, doors slamming all night! Roach was on wall

The rooms are dirty, my room had bullet holes in the wall. I didn't receive room services for cleaning the entire stay and the bathroom lights flushes on and off

When checking in the staff was unfriendly, didn't even tell me my room number just pushed the keys to me with the number wrote on them. Room had no smoke detector and could see thru the bathroom door handle. Complained to management and they reimbursed for our downfalls of the room. Was quiet for sleeping. The air either had to be on heat/cool no auto setting would work.

Did not like the fact you can see inside of the rooms. Cars pulled yp to window and can see inside room. It was me and my sister with small children. Did not feel quite safe. Other than that. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

When we checked in We were put into a room that had no curtains up on the windows that we could close and we are on the ground floor. In that room the floor was dirty there were bugs in the bathroom. I went up and complained about it they moved us to a different room. The Next Room didn't have the smoke detector connected and had cockroaches and a mouse in the room. Contacted the manager and he will not refund my money back. I am looking to contact the owner and corporate for this company it is absolutely appalling the condition of the rooms the hotel not even a hotel it's a motel and the dirtiness of the food area an all-around filthiness of the whole place

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet even though there were a lot of people staying there. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Located right off the highway and only 30 minutes from St. Louis. Overall very nice for the price.
