Great Experience in the Heart of 5th Avenue South

An amazing place to stay. The club suites are in a separate building across 5th Avenue South from the main hotel.Our club suite room had a large sitting room separate from the bed area, as well as both a large shower and separate soaking tub. The club lounge provided a full breakfast and a happy hour with unlimited beverages. Valet parking was included. A wonderful, comfortable splurge, but well worth it.

Great visit!

The hotel lobby was beautiful, welcoming and had the most amazing scent every time we passed through. The front desk was always welcoming. Our only issue was that there was a burnt rubber smell. Our room was next to an elevator and it seems to have coming from there. The smell permeated our room and We needed to leave the sliding door open all night. We were eventually switched to another room.

Very expensive & nice hotel with a great location and free parking. The pool was small but the pool area was quite large and well used. Staff was very friendly. Our room was nicely furnished and comfortable. Only problem we had was a recurrent, non-functioning door lock. We were basically locked out of our room for 2 days! The room card didn’t work and I had it replaced 3 times. Only the hotel engineer could open our hotel room door! I was promised by the staff to have the door re-programmed but that didn’t happen. Prob electronic components issue. Upon checking in, I was confused by the room pricing and that the room was the room not booked thru hotel.com but rather Expedia. The pricing issue was resolved later.

Staff extremely rude and arrogant. Staff dismissed our Expedia reservation. While my friends received their hotel room early as they booked directly with the hotel, we received our room after 3 pm. Hotel was short staffed.
