Great hotel very clean and very helpful staff, amazing food and handy to lewis line

Room very grubby need a good clean down .. corridor extremely stuffy, heat was unreal

Amazing stay it was right by the tram into Dublin . Great service and very friendly .

Not so good Service at breakfast was terrible Bed was uncomfortable

We have stayed many times in this hotel and we’ve always given good reports but this time we were disappointed. The room and bed were not the usual standard although the view towards the hills was excellent. We availed if the Xmas Menu in Grumpy’s Bar, not great. The breakfast ‘fry’ was dreadful - cold, poor quality, certainly not comparable with previous visits.

Room was dated stains on ceiling, carpet and walls... had to ask for towels etc for second night

Room was not clean enough...no fresh smell in the air inside.. bathrooms were clean....when I arrived in carpark I was waiting 15min for the lift but never turned up..I ended up carrying my luggage to 3rd floor by stairs..

Good location and with off street parking. The hotel staff are helpful and the restaurant has a good menu with tasty food.
