Hotel Paris

Wonderful hotel. The service was great and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Great location to everything. A must stay.

I booked a superior double room because there’s canopy double bed I really liked , however the room I got was much smaller & no canopy bed at first , it looks like a double standard room instead ! Although I made a special request for a canopy bed since the beginning ... Finally the receptionist willing to change my room but she said never trust the photos showed on the websites ...

Really low water pressure in the shower and couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Room too cold

Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious. The room lacks a kettle and there is no lifts that take you directly to your floor. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location - Close to the Train station for day trips using Florence as a base. If you are coming from FLR airport, take TRAM 2 for only 1.50 euros (check details if you have large luggage), takes you right to UNITA, last stop and only 250 m away from hotel. Clean hotel with very good breakfast - ham, cheese, boiled eggs, variety of pastries, jams, Nutella, yogurt, ricotta cheese, fruits, cappuccino, tea..along with Gluten Free options (ask for GF). Helpful friendly staff. There’s a quiet “Wash and Dry” self-serve Laundromat on Via Del Sole 7 not far away. And an excellent quality, reasonably priced restaurant with a takeaway option at “La Spada” nearby. Would definitely stay here again! The rooms have high ceilings and adequate space, beds were very comfortable as well. Felt right at home!

Superb breakfast, handy location by the Duomo. Fascinating architecture and decor, also character in the rooms. Breakfast room ceiling being the pinnacle.

Booked room several months ago. Arrived only to be told we were being moved to sister hotel due to building and refurbishment work. Hotel was covered in scaffolding so hotel knew they were going to move us and could have warned us in advance - we would have booked somewhere else. The alternative hotel was very inferior. It was in an area I would never have stayed in and the hotel was noisy inside and outside. The room rate was two thirds of the price we had already paid to the Hotel Paris. When I asked for a refund/compensation or even a gesture of good will the Hotel Paris refused and said that after all they had paid for the taxi to take us to the alternative hotel. An unbelievable attitude. So, it must be in the culture of the Hotel Paris to be rude, blunt and to have zero customer care. AVOID - you will be glad that you did.

Great location. Good breakfast place. Great associates. Enjoyed the breskfast but prefer to get warm boiled egg. Upon arrival there was a used bath towel hanging behind the door. But cleanliness of room was great afterward. Armando was great help upon arrival. Chiara was efficient at desk. Marcella was hardworking at breakfast.
