The front desk person was amazing at check in. The room was great. Only one problem .... the TV was not working properly.

Good Hotel! I recommend staying there and also the Shuttle service is great!

Ok would describe this hotel. No radio . Plastic glasses. Coffee bags did not fit coffee machine.

We had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly. The only issue was the elevator was broken during the stay but was not a huge issue.

We were five, we booked two rooms and they were connected which was amazing. We didn't have a special view but could see the mountains from our rooms. A plus : we had a microwave!! Really good location if you have a car, a lot of restaurants are around 10mins away. Staffs were friendly. Hotel id not newly constructed but decor is decent, rooms are not old fashioned. Would come back!

The front desk staff was amazing! That being said we were a bit disappointed with the over all stay. When we arrived the smoke alarm in one room was beeping loudly, noticed the front desk and it was taken care of within a few hours(minor annoyance is all). Then we went to get into bed and the bed was covered in cobwebs from the lamp to the pillow and when I pulled back sheets there was a big gross black bug on the bed like the room had been sitting for weeks after last being cleaned. One of our rooms heater was also malfunctioning and it sounded like it was going to explode which scared my kids as it was in their room. Staff gave us a space heater but it really didn’t warm the room up enough. Shower made an extremely high pitch squealing noise that was hard on the ears making you want the quickest shower possible. Then my daughter got a huge gash in her foot in the pool due to there being a piece of triangle shaped hard broken plastic in the pool. Luckily the person attending the pool had a bandaid after looking around for a bit. We did love the slide and the location but not sure we will stay again with how the cleanliness was. Might give it another shot to fully form an opinion.

Having stayed there many times I found things pretty well unchanged. I did feel the absence of the convenient snack bar at ground level to be disappointing. Also, it was inconvenient to have to specifically request glasses.
