Wingate by Wyndham Columbus

We arrived at about 3:30. Checkin was 3. We went in and checked in and asked about the indoor pool, it was closed. No biggie but that was really the only reason for going and staying in a hotel. We were assigned a room and when we went to go in they hadn’t cleaned the room. We said we’d wait since they were in the middle of it: after 30 minutes and no sign they were back working on that room I asked to be given a different room. The room looked fairly good but there was hair on the bathtub and mildew around the caulking between the tub and walls. When we went to get the continental breakfast we were greeted with prepare bags with a muffin an oat bar and water..... I understand with Covid some of this can’t be helped but they should update that on the site so guests can choose whether it’s worth the money or not. We could have stayed home and had more of a getaway....the hotel would have cancelled prior to checking in but because I prepaid on the site I would still be out the 81.81!

This was for the price a very nice hotel would definitely recommend and if I ever go back and need a hotel will definitely stay there

Ive stayed here multiple times and ive always had issues with my room not being clean.

Everyone was great and the room was clean.

Disappointed in our stay. The room was still dirty. There was a used wash rag hanging on the shower curtain when we checked in. Dust everywhere. Room was not kept up.

Nice bedding, clean, very quiet, but the bathroom mirror light flickered and the fan didn’t work. The fan in the next room was on constantly, but it was kind of a white noise.

Mold was on the walls of my room along with a terrible odor.

I have stayed here many times and it has always been clean and I felt comfortable staying here. When I got into the room this time, there was a dirty wash cloth on the bathtub and another one on the microwave. I got some tissue paper and got them up. I didn’t make a big deal out of it but it made me wonder what housekeeping was doing. I was not real happy about this stay.
