My stay was amazing never an issue...just wonderful people

Staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Hotel was doing some renovations, however the carpets were dirty, elevators were in disrepair, the dumpster on the property was leaking and had an awful smell.

The smell in Elevator was not good and all thru the hallway I also smelled some in the room because the door don’t touch the floor all the way . When you take a shower the water also got on the floor I never see. Any helps the phone in the room didn’t work I wish they would have me back some type of money

Absolutely horrid stay for me. The first night some dude was getting arrested right in front of my door. Woke up the whole before hallway because of the commotion. Then the next couple night the people above me kept screaming and running around. I complained. And management did nothing.

I have been going here for years and the services never dips consistently professionally and welcoming. When it was time to go they even had a go bag ready for me.

The hotel was fine. Some of the ‘normal’ items that are usually in a room were not in mine. Items like a hair dryer, a phone to contact the front desk with and coffee condiments. I found that a little unusual.

The hotel lobby and the workers were really nice, anything we needed they assisted and promptly. But Our room was on the third floor and the hallway smelled so bad, it smelled like mildew, mixed with dirt. It was a really stinky smell. Overall a nice place I just honestly couldn’t get over the smell.

The room was clean and didn't had a bad smell. but, the halls outside of the room had a not pleasant smell.

Everything was wonderful
