Never stay there again

There was no shop in the hotel and I needed Tylenol There was no room service, I had to change back into business clothe, go downstairs and carry my own food and cup of hot team back up several floors to my room. I paid for my food at the cafe, it was $23 dollars, but got billed on my account $50 dollars for it and the front desk clerk was confrontational, as if I made it up. She rudely asked for my receipt from the cafe - as if I made up the concern. I had to dial the front desk from the outside on my phone, because there was no internal connection to ask for help with the internet because there was no connection and when I needed to ask if they had room service. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again and it's only a couple of blocks from our office

A Perfect Stay

the hotel was very clean; the towels seemed MUCH bigger than most hotel towels. the water pressure was incredible! The bed was very comfy. Whenever we are in the Dallas area, we try to stay here because it is consistently good. The only bad thing is that self-parking costs $21 (valet is $36?)

Clean but sketchy

Service was great but hotel was dark and depressing. Room was clean but other clientele were a bit sketchy. People with dogs everywhere. People smoking pot in their cars in the parking garage.

The hotel stay was good but someone hit my car in the parking garage and they said it was nothing they could do. I am pissed off

Disappointing

The pool was closed for construction, and we wouldn't have stayed there had that been disclosed upon booking. Also, I was charged my bar tab on the reservation card when I paid out at the bar both nights. I'm incredibly livid and will be requesting a refund.

Very clean and friendly staff. I left my bag in the breakfast area (with a lot of money in it). The staff took it to the front desk where I picked it up that evening. Nothing was missing. We will definitely return to this hotel!

No hot water

Stayed on business with several additional colleagues, more than half of us had to take morning cold showers. Unacceptable and the staff did not seemed concerned when the issue was brought up.

Stay was good except refrigerator not working properly, never got cold so water was always warm, besides that ok stay.
