No house keeping clean the room, the room and the building smells so strong, internet super slow, free breakfast but can’t believe only coffee and muffins, I will not recommended for my friends or I will not to come back to stay here

This property had everything we needed for a few nights stay. We like to eat in so planned to cook a few meals during the visit. But the best part of the property was the staff. They were amazing. I have never seen such amazing customer service from everyone on staff. I would stay here again just because of the staff. 10 out of 10 in customer service.

Pretty Nice Place Overall...

It was overall a pretty nice place in a good location, but our commode was backed up, so it wasn't exactly a relaxing trip. Management and housekeeping need to check to make sure the commodes are working BEFORE letting guests check in. We got in late, and that was an added stressor to our already stressful day. Otherwise, though, all was well...

Highly disappointed and inconvenienced

I booked two rooms. When I got there they stated I not one room available and I was charged for two rooms. The one room had an odor.

Horrible Experience

The room was gloomy and was not clean. There were mosquitoes as well. Bathroom was horrible. Bathtub was so dirty. Bath towels was not clean. Some Lights inside the room was not working.

Overall, my stay was underwhelming. Not very clean and very very old. But the bed was actually pretty comfy and the staff was really kind.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. My room did not come with any additional toiletries. The fire alarm rang around midnight and the guest above were either rough housing or fighting for a good while because of all the banging and footsteps around 1-2 a.m., so that was annoying.
