Melissa at the front desk made our trip. She is an asset to your hotel or any hotel for that matter. Melissa was extremely accommodating and friendly. If she isn’t working there next time we come to Fort Worth we will not be staying there! Hopefully she will be, it would be a mistake to let her go somewhere else.

Absolute fabulous! Gentleman who checked us in and out friendly helpful. Felt safe, easy on and off hwy. Pool heated, hot tub nice. Will definitely stay again. Also had coffee and food for breakfast. Only down side is we stayed only one night.

It was a wonderful stay staff was nice upon arrival and very friendly staff with great customer service I would recommend them to anyone I will be returning again

We paid for a room with a balcony and they stuck us in ocean view. Not happy our whole trip there I promised our Dad he would be in a balcony room because he is older and cannot walk the beach. He agreed to go with us under the promise that he wouldn’t be locked inside room all day, but could watch us from balcony. I payed for a room upgrade and didn’t get what I payed for!

The room was very clean and pleasant

so i get there at about 10:30 pm- had to wait 30 minutes to check in because “the system wasn’t working” (i understand, it happens) so i check in- the rooms and hotel are super nice and clean. i love it... HOWEVER i booked through hotels.com and they had already charged my card. the kind lady who checked me in ALSO charges my card for a room, a security deposit and God knows what. Total an extra 199.44 was taken out of my bank account and that really pissed me off because she didn’t know what she was doing. Other than that, the hotel was great and i would stay again if they took cash since they messed up my account.
