Bathroom/Vent leak

The room was clean, front desk clerk was very nice BUT after an hour stay we hear water dripping. Go to the bathroom and it is flooded, leaking from the roof/vent, there was water all over the place, on our things that we had put in the bathroom :-( Go to the front to give complaint and get moved to another room and all she was able to do was give me a bag of towels to put on the floor because there was no room available and no management on site. Not a good experience, not fun going to the bathroom with water coming down on you!!!!!

I spent $200 on my stay because it was memorial day weekend once I got in the room the toilet was dirty like somebody used the toilet.. it’s was nets flying everywhere the hallways was stinking because somebody had a dog which was barking the whole night

Need improvement

Had cleanliness issues. It was really dirty. Shower had cold water. Tv and other things were broken

I'll never stay at a hotel with this name again!

Starting with the front desk and check-in this hotel was by far the worst I have ever visited. The front desk check-in person was around the corner sitting doing nothing while I was standing at the front desk for about 10 minutes. Her response after 10 minutes "What do you need". I let her know I'm checking in and that seemed to be bothersome to her. After the debacle of checking in to the room I was then pretty disgusted with just about everything else. Appliances, decor, fixtures were broken and in some instances just falling off the wall. No cover plates for some of the outlets. Sheets and comforters were stained with dark red spots. The shower only barely worked but was finicky and you had to get the water knob turned exactly perfect or else the water would just shut off. Everything about the hotel was just not good. In saying all that there were a couple of front desk people the following morning that seemed extremely friendly and helpful but that was the only bright spot for this trip.

Worst hotel ever!

I chose this hotel because it had a good rating. Our room was on the 3rd floor. As soon as we got out of the elevator we were hit with a very strong smell of marijuana. The hallway reeked all weekend. The toilet was clogged and over filled on the first flush. We couldn’t use it until the next day because the maintenance guy wouldn’t be on site until 8am but didn’t show up until 11am. We had to go to a gas station to use their restroom. The baseboards were coming off the wall and the shower had a hole punched in it. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid almost $300 for 2 nights. I expected the hotel to be in better condition for that price. The pictures online are very misleading.

The sheet on the bed had stains on it. When the front desk clerk came up to verify, she said she would give me some new sheets. For me to change. Then she offer another room. That room looked worse. And least there wasnt a problem with getting a refund, except i have to wait til its credited back to my CC.

My room smelled like bleach!!! My room was on the first floor close to the back entrance and it was plenty of parking.

The front desk staff member who checked me in was nice but when I got to my room, I noticed urine stains on the toilet and hair in the bathtub. Plus the room wasn’t in the best condition.
