Candlewood Suites Chicago-Waukegan

Stay was underwhelming at best. None of the perks. No food available without driving. Minimal amenities. And no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days. They didn’t even allow points toward the ihg because I booked through hotels.com if we wanted clean towels we had to take used ones to the desk to exchange them. I was needless to say not impressed. The staff was nice but that wasn’t enough to improve my rating.

We had such a nice experience at this hotel. We were there for 7 nights. Our room was clean, and we had no disturbances or issues with noise! We loved the kitchenette and all of the amenities that the hotel provides. The establishment as a whole is clean and well prepared for its guests. We will definitely be returning!

This is a nice hotel. I had to wait probably 15 minutes at the front desk before the clerk could check me in because he was on the phone, but check in itself wasn't bad. The room was very nice and suited my needs. There is no breakfast, which would have been nice, but I knew that when I booked the room. All in all, I'd stay here again.

The hotel was what I expected and the front desk service was exceptional

Customer service was excellenct. Had a small issue and was fixed ASAP! Staff is friendly and courteous.
