No sleep for us.

I have never been so uncomfortable at a hotel through this site. But, this was a very horrible experience for me. I came to the hotel because i wS going to my sister funeral. So we ha a group of people with us. First, the staff was stand-off and the place looked like they had not clean or dusted. To tell the truth i was disappointed as soon as i walked into the lobby. The rooms were dirty and smelled of mold or some stale oder. My roomhad a hanger in the window for security and the shower had dirty foot prints and someone else's hair in it. When i come to a hotel i do not expect to have to clean the shower before i get in it. Also,spider webs and i do not think that had swept the bathroom because it was used tissue behind the bathroom door. I could not sleep and checked out as soon as I could. It was not good and I was highly disappointed.

Simple No

This hotel had no elevator we were traveling with people in our party that were using a wheelchair and a walker to get around and there was no elevator. Most hotel you need a key to access lobbies at other entry this was open to the public. People had lawn chair outside at the entry they sat out all night drinking and smoking. My room looks like the only made the bed. It was spiderwebs all over hair in the shower and no warning that water in sink is so hot it can burn you.

Convenient and Clean

My stay was very good. My daughter got married at the adjoining banquet hall. I have several rooms booked 4 of my own for family. I got there a day earlier and took a room upstairs. I had a toilet that stop running they fixed it and then when i returned to my room it wouldn't flush and ran all night. I had to keep the bathroom door closed throughout the night to keep from hearing it. Slept well the bed was comfortable.The next morning I let the front desk know the problem. When I got back to my room with my guest it was fixed. I was glad about that. The disappointment with the hotel it does have an elevator and it is not have any Handicapped Accessibility Doors at All. But My Family Enjoyed there stay..

Location was excellent for our travel purpose. Very clean, friendly staff and very quiet. Only issues were: no elevator and both the ice machine and snack machine are both located on the second floor.

Ramada Hammond okay choice for short stay

Nice set up to our room that includes a king size bed, the bedroom separate from the kitchen, living room. Only issues were a toilet bowl with rust stains (toilet should be replaced), & the microwave was not cleaned very well after it was last used. Otherwise, no other complaints.

Property was terrible but if u no how to accommodate your own needs u could work it out we bought cleaning supplies & a candle to give us a lil more comfort
