Dump in Disguise

This hotel is a dump, the appliances are from the early 80's, the bed is uncomfortable, the halls smell like cigarette smoke, homeless people sleep in the lobby, no utensils AT ALL in the room, no pots, glasses NOTHING...i always use extended stays...i might have to rethink my decision

Broken.

Toilet was broken. Called front desk, guy came up and wiggled the handle and did something with lid and said to hold the handle longer and it’s fine. Toilet didn’t flush all nite. Held the handle and toilet just super slowly filled with water and then some water drained but no flushing. Requested wheelchair accessible tub, received regular tub. I was told requested room wasn’t available, after I had already checked in. Smoke detector beeped all nite. I guess batteries needed to be replaced but I was already over it. Left in the middle of the nite. Annoyed.

Pleasant/ professional courteous

Demetrius was amazing I've never experienced such a person so happy to do their job and willing to go the extra mile this employee took time away from his busy work desk to inspect each room before I checked into it.although the room I agreed was great it wasn't satisfying to him he took it a step further and ensure that the room was at Comfort for me as he ask me what i woukd like,it was away from other people being that the hotel was remotely located. From the point of check in to when i placed my belongings down I was insured that this was already off to a very comfortable night. I would highly recommend staying here especially if that employee is working I can only imagine the group of team members that would follow under his Accord.

Patience is a virtue w/ customer svc. experience

The check in experience was horrendous. Upon arrival, I was greeted with “Can you wait a minute, my shift just started.” After waiting about 7 minutes, I repeated my name and that I am checking in. My reservation was pre-paid, yet, I was almost charged an additional $75 because the front desk rep. Latoya did not know how to process my prepaid Hotels.com reservation. After about 40 mins and the rep. finally received the assistance she needed, I was finally able to check into my room. But first, I had to get another room key that would work. This has been the worst check in experience this year and I’ve been traveling for work since May 2020.

No hot water.

I booked a room at this location and when I reached the hotel. I was greeted with over and hour wait because the employee stated he was the only one working. After the over and hour wait with my son my room didn't have hot water. I was told it was going to get fixed when someone comes out in a matter of hours. That didn't work. So I really am disappointed with my stay.
