SpringHill Suites Dallas Arlington North

Hotel was clean and quiet, the staff was all very friendly. Room was good sized and everything in the room was as expected. Close to highways and a couple parks. We will stay again if we get back that way.

There were issues with shower and I was scolded in the shower. Also it’s a suite with one TV.

Every year we go to Rangers games, it had been a while since we stayed at this hotel because we had a bad experience before, but this time we decide because of the area it is to give it one more try... and it was great, the service the cleanliness, the trolly shuttle to the game and best of all It was REMODELED that was the best part!

This is my first time at a Springhill and it was amazing. I am more accustomed to higher end hotels but this one was convenient and priced right so I gave it a try. It was really really REALLY nice! Everything looked like it was just done. The carpet was nice, the bathroom was awesome. Really nice. I'd stay again without hesitation and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay for the night.

Room felt dirty, needs a lot of remodeling. Customer Service was amazing. And the swimming pool was out of service, which also needed maintenance. Breakfast was good, only available for 2 hours which was inconvenient. Probably would not stay at this hotel again.
