Springhill Suites By Marriott Houston Brookhollow

Staying at Springhill Suites is always easy and pleasant. The location works for me very well and I stay here several times a year.

Check in was flawless and the rooms are spacious and very clean.

What i liked about the hotel was its location. Very close to where I wanted to be. What I didn't like the parking lot could've been cleaner and in the room the room the desk chair was missing.

Hotel was good, good size & AC worked awesome!! Do recommend it

My main complaint was that the room just looked dirty. Maybe I’m overly cautious because of Covid, but I want the room to look and smell clean.

My stay was great but this was our second time staying and both times there was a dirty towel

Do not stay here!! Do not believe the positive reviews. This place is disgusting!! We were in Houston due to a medical emergency. We did not have time to plan or book a hotel in advance. I found this hotel and it looked ok and had good reviews and was close to the hospital. So we booked it. Big Mistake!!! We rented 2 rooms and they were both filthy. 1 room had what looked like blood stains all over the bedding and floor and the shower was full of mold. The second room the comforter had mold or mildew all over it. The air conditioner would not stay on and it never cooled our room off. We had to go fiddle with the controller every few minutes to get it to come on again. We could not sleep because we were so hot. The toilet kept backing up and never flushed right and the shower drain was clogged up with hair. The noise from traffic outside was horrible. It sounded like they were having a monster truck rally several different times during the night. It was not from the interstate because that was a steady light noise that was easily ignored. This was loud engines roaring and tires squealing close to the hotel. Front desk would never answer the phone when we tried to contact them several times so we could possibly change rooms. We finally just gave up and tried to get some sleep as we were all exhausted. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!!
