Nice place to stay but the expense outweighed the

First impression was the parking issue. Luckily I went ahead and paid the 8.00 for their reserved parking when I checked in because later around 6pm the entire parking garage was full. If you get there early enough you can park for free in an unreserved space. The walk from the garage to the hotel was about a half a block, however they did allow you to unload and load at the back entrance or pay 12.00 for valet parking. And this is per day. Registration was on the second floor. The front desk employees were very nice and accommodating. Our room was nice except for the carpet and the shower pan. They looked filthy. The carpet needed shampooing and the shower pan needed some soft scrub or Ajax cause it did not look clean. Everything else was great..We did not eat there but we did get drinks on the Terrace and listen to the DJ music. All the staff we encountered were very nice. We stayed 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. Bring a fan if you don't want to hear the music until midnight. It really didn't bother us much and we had a room on that side. I would have to say the the street noise was worse. It it close to everything downtown. All in all it was a fun experience and we would stay again

Not what we expected.

Got there at 11:00pm. Off site parking, across the street, in downtown, no security other than cameras. Attendant explained we had 15 minutes to unload, register, go to the room, ands return to move our vehicle out of the temporary parking. He took our car key just in case we did not return inn 15’ although there where plenty of available parking. I thought that was unnecessary. Check in did not explain WiFi so had to call them from the room. Dialed O twice, no answer, had to call hotel number to get someone to answer, she said she had stepped away from the phone. A/c set at 71 and still warm. A lot of outside noise through closed windows, poor sleep. Very disappointed for price paid. Will not stay there again.

Not up to the standard of what I think a Hilton should be. We had no pool! A rusty bathtub, the coffee in our room was disgusting and came with powdered creamer. There are numerous bars next to the hotel and it’s very loud at night.

If you want to get some rest do not stay in rooms overlooking the square. Street noise extremely loud! The terrace also produces ALOT of noise. Also our room keys never would work and had to get SEVERAL remade over and over. We checkout out early hotel was disappointing.
