Staff were helpful and friendly. They were very considerate of the fact I was on night shift, they ensured there was no noise near my room. Hotel was really comfortable, in room facilities were of a high standard. It was lovely and I would definitely stay there again

This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of Aberdeen. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The single room I had was luxurious and warm with a lovely bathtub and shower. The TV was very big. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I enjoyed my 2 day stay there very much and I recommend this hotel.

Rooms where decent size in delux some things missing that where supposed to be no robes etc towels poor getting a little tatty Breakfast not worth extra money more than 5 items cooked charged for enything apart from basic extra supplement even an omelette instead £5 extra

Basic room for the price, shower and bathroom could've been a bit cleaner and lonly 1 towel between 2

Located in the middle of the city it couldn't be more convenient. Staff were absolutely fantastic, always willing to help in any way and super friendly. Room was very comfortable and had a great view out over Union Terrace Gardens.

Very noisey room, water pipes making noises all night . I wouldn’t say this was a 4 stars either

The staff were friendly, though there appeared to be very few on shift while we were there. Parking is not good, very few spaces which is an issue in a city centre. This caused problems as if you took your carb out there were no guarantees there would be a space on your return. This left some people having to park in Golden Square paying by the hour. Our room 111 had no view, frosted glass overlooking an air well making the room dark and not particularly welcoming. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and have no real complaints.
