Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Bay Sydney

Spent one night there. It was a quick check in and check out. The room was clean with a view of the local park. We had the rooftop pool to ourselves which was great. Must point out there were birds swooping down to drink from the pool, though we just kept swimming. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Covid safety is in place.

Very neat hotel in a good location for staying with family close by. The extra bed had a very poor mattress which even a 13 year couldnt sleep on, doesn't warrant an extra charge when a more expensive room was required to accomadate. No room service was provided. This was blamed on Covid but this felt like a cost cutting measure over the public holidays. No reduction in room charge to compensate for the rediced services and facilities. Overall a functional and comfortable hotel.

Was pretty basic, nothing that would make me rate it overly highly.

Terrible customer experience. There was an error in the booking date. We asked them to change as it was a simple error in dates (1 day off) we had booked and we didnt find out until our arrival and they refused to do so. Courtney who was the manager on duty refused with changing the dates and showed no flexibility. We offered to pay extra to change the dates but she strictly showed no flexibilty even though they had plenty of space. We book hotels very often in sydney and for a hotel that doesnt put their customers first over an innocent error we wont be going to them again.

Satisfied our purpose - COVID conditions make it difficult. No room service or Mini bar in room . But they tried to accommodate this at front desk and used Uber eats

Great location, modern and clean room. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Travelled with my pup and so happy to have such a dog friendly place! Not only did they put out a dog bed and toy but was situated right beside a dog park! Unfortunately both the gym and restaurant (and doggy terrace!) were closed due to covid but looking forward to going back and seeing the hotel in full swing. Was a great experience.

Great hotel, very clean and staff are great. The location is prime too
