Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Aurora/Medical Center

Everyone was friendly. Was looking forward to the free breakfast however understood that with COVID it was not possible

Check in was a breeze. I also reserved a room for my brother and was able to check him in, even though he hadn't landed yet. I wish i had thought to get thr name of the person who assisted us for most of the time we were there. She was a delight. Very helpful and always a great attitude. Housekeeping was tweaked a little, due to COVID-19 but any and all requests were addressed quickly

The front desk staff was kind of hard to get a hold of. There was a family waiting when I got there to check in and they eventually left. Finally about 5 mins later someone came so I could check in. There was no one there when I wanted to check out with a receipt either. But I will say the room was very very clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely return based on the cleanliness and convenience.

Staff was courteous and reduced services were understandable due to COVID.

Very Nice staff and clean Rooms and facility

They're was nice in my room n poop everywhere and when I brought it up at the front desk nobody did anythibg I didn't even get asked if I'd like a different room, I even had to go get traps!

Nice hotel. Just a tiny bit difficult to find, but clean, quiet and enjoyable in spite of covid complications.

Rooms are very comfortable, and met all needs. My disabled family member was able to get around the room with no problems.
