Great peaceful,clean and very professional

We arrived after 12am to check in and there were so many people walking around out side and the first smell that smacks you in the face is the smell of marijuana. People were up at all hours of the night very loud. We were there for a family event and this is the second year we have stayed the same weekend and last year it was very family oriented this year was horrible!! We will never stay again. My family’s safety is of up most importance and we shouldn’t get off the elevator and all we smell is marijuana. Also a close friend of ours stayed the same weekend a few floors up from us and when her and her entire family exited the elevator they saw a man standing in the middle of the hallway blind folded. The cops told us it’s become a bad area.

Needs major upgrades in rooms. Everything looked and smelled old

Pool was closed, false advertisement of having a useable balcony this is the very reason we picked this hotel. Stayed three days and didn’t receive any extra towels or complementary water. Customer service was terrible!

Guest services was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the stay & location because of all the options for food close by but I disliked the no balcony option which is the reason I chose this hotel over others. The pictures are false representation

The picture is not what it looks like for a deluxe king size room. There was no balcony, the bathroom doesnt look like it seems on the picture. Its standard.

Very clean and beautiful! I would definitely recommend and looking forward to stay there again

I totally enjoyed my stay. The bed was soooo comfortable. The location was great as well!
