I liked the parking the room was clean i felt safe room was big the staff were nice

The room we got was close to the ice machine and pop dispenser and we kept hearing the compressors for these units coming on & off all night.

Check In and Check Out Reception Staff Excellent and Very Helpful, House Keeping on 4th floor were excellent

Great staff and clean facility. Great they had a pool for the kids

When I booked, I paid for a business suite. However I was downgraded onsite, due to my puppy. When we checked in, it took over 30 mins only to find our room was dirty. Other people’s hair were all over the bathroom floor. The second night we got back to the hotel at 3am, only to find our keys had stopped working. When we got to the front desk, we were told that access may have removed because it was 3am and most people are in bed by then! I’ll never stay there again.

Rooms are spacious, d downside is there's only one microwave for the entire floor.

Basic no-frills hotel. However, everything was clean and room was spacious. Staff at check-in were busy managing guests and pool access so there wasn't much attention which is understandable due to pandemic situation.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bedding was comfortable. Front desk was lady was nice. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee supplies, microwave or fridge. Not sure if that is a COVID thing. It was fine for one night. Pool looked good, we didn’t go in

Good stay, liked the bike storage. Sad the sauna and hot tub were closed.

All is really good except when the air conditioning starts,which is many times during the night, it made a loud wining sound,waking us up. The front desk person was very helpful
