Extended Stay America - Atlanta-Marietta-Interstate N. Pkwy

On the first day we came on that Friday we had a nice customer service person, but after he left it was hell on wheels. The other staff was very rude an they had a Lobby of customer an acted like we was not standing there, walked back an forth talking to each other.

We arrive was TOOD.the room. we reserved was not available. The guy was having a meltdown due to just coming on shift (seriously) I asked if smoke-free was told zero it escalated when I.mentiond the pot smell and smoke smell stated had good and asthma was told not the place.for.me. I had to run out ask my friend if we want to stay despite not right room & shady residents running around but at midnight and driving for 13 hours it www we needed a few hours. I was so livid and I did say his attitude was not customer service friendly. Again asked about the smoke smell and then he said wasn't going to let us stay. So now out the finds and didn't get q room. Went to Marriott sucked up the $100 pet fee and they gave us $50 back due to her being so good. This was the only reason we were staying at this place was they allowed ENGLISH bullsogs

When I checked into the room I found multiple issues with the room. The shelf inside the closet had fallen off the wall. The sleeper sofa was broken and would not expand so this my son could sleep on it. Not to mention the tv remote was no where to be found. Lucky, I was able to move to another room but the new room had issues as well, but at least not as many as the first room. The sleeper sofa didn’t have a mattress, so I had to take the mattress from the broken sofa in the old room which was on the first floor and transport it to the new room on the third floor. Also the bathroom lock button was missing. It still locked because someone stuffed tissue inside to be a made shift lock button. Besides the maintenance issues it was a nice stay clean without random smells. Just a hassle of moving from room to room.

Everything was fine. No breakfast nor pool due to covid

Its was good at first then I had someone move in under me then it went down south. I always said it was a 2 and 1 year old in the room and instead of them either moving me or them. Then it got so bad i just moved. It became harrasment from the manger herself. There were several red stains in carpet the carpet around the walls was staple on and came undone during stay. And i had to buy my own flea spray for the room.

The room had a bad smell and the sheets and had me itching to the point where sores came. I also was using the bathroom and seen roach crawling and one crawled on me at the same time.

The staff was nice, however the room was very unclean. There were many hairs left in the bathroom area from multiple other people, the shower didn’t look clean enough for me to feel comfortable to use, and it was just overall not cleaned well, or much at all. Also, the hallways and lobby strongly smelled of weed. Thankfully the room did not.

Room was dirty with a lot of roaches everywhere. The tub was fill with mold. The lock on the door was broken
