Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga/East Ridge

The beds were small and there was a smell in the room. The bed was actually comfortable though.

It was an older facility and really could use some work. Carpet did not look so great and the room had drafts from around the door that left it cold. It looked like the staff did the best they could but it is old and needs carpets replaced and doors refrained. The desk staff were really nice and helpfully.

Check in was pleasant but the room was very worn and not real clean.

Clean room. Easy access from expressway. Close to restaurants Free internet. But in description of motel it stated free breakfast, only coffee and juice. And the bed was too soft, kind of made you go to the middle of the bed. Otherwise it was OK for an overnight stay.

Surly woman checking us in was not wearing a mask. She was rude. We found roaches in the room, on the nightstand, in the toilet and in the shower. Shaking out a bath towel before using it, a roach fell out. Carpet felt nasty underfoot. We wore our shoes the whole time. Ugh, this was a most unpleasant experience.

Great place clean and great location

The area was quite noisy. A police officer banged on someone’s door for 30 minutes at 4am.

The room was smelly & old. The ac unit was musty smelling. I’d never stay there again.

Very low cost overnite stay on our vacation travels. Was surprised when I did not know how to turn on the shower to get a medium water temp. And surprised there was no brkfast for overnite guests; was readily offered coffee and orange juice as my choice in these Covid-19 times.

The room was very stagnant due to the air not on. Carpet felt dirty. We only stayed overnight due to traveling, which is why we chose this location close to the interstate.
