Extended Stay America Suites Hartford Farmington

Stayed a few days with son while helping him search for an apartment. Great location, quiet, and clean, with a roomy room. Kitchen supplies not in room due to COVID, but were provided on request. Great friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast sucks - just some stale granola bars and pre-packaged muffins

Very poor concern for safely arrival in stormy wea

I was very disappointed with the conditions of the parking lot due to the snow storm it wasn't shoveled it wasn't Appropriated for the guest nor was it safe for the elderly disabled and children entering or exiting your car and when I arrived at the desk the staff was rude and unattentive on it unemotional and disattached to the situation

Just the basics

Rooms are large with nice sized kitchenette. But, the cupboards are completely empty, you have to go to front desk to ask for each fork or cup you need to use. It's a bit unsettling. Also had to go to front desk to ask for bed fittings and sheets for sofa bed. And they had no blanket for the sofa bed (in middle of winter). They also never cleared the snow and ice from the walkways or parking lot, which became a deathtrap in freezing conditions. Breakfast is very minimal. Staff were nice enough, but they should do something about the ice. Also, this was Christmas Eve/Christmas, so I'm cutting them some slack. Room was clean.

Perfect for a short stay

My friends and i had a little staycation and it was absolutely perfect everyone was totally friendly and accommodating would absolutely stay again

How on earth >8.0 rating?

This hotel is old and it shows. Never staying here again. Bathroom sink area was dirty with hair trimmings that were not easily seen because of speckled surface. However while brush my teeth i noticed a lot more "speckles" around and behind the faucets. I wet some tissue and wiped... disgusting! As if it had not been cleaned in months: hair and grime! Television appeared to be from last century. Between the people talking in the parking lot at 1:30 AM and loud heater, did not sleep well at all.
