Extended Stay America - Cleveland - Westlake

The room and rate was superb, only complaint was that the beds were very uncomfortable, other than that we loved the room & the area was safe no riff raff going on which was more important.

Just make sure they clean the toilet seat it was stuff left from someone before we checked in room 309 but otherwise everything was good.

I had arrived only to find that my room wasn't clean. There was food in the recliner in my room, the toilet had diarrhea stains still in it, and the linen had lipstick on it. Pam was nice enough to switch me to another room, but said I had to speak to Alex the manager or Julie the supervisor in the morning.

Hotel & room were very comfortable & clean Staff was friendly & nice Definitely staying here again highly recommended ♥️

I realize that it is an "extended stay", but to not even provide ice meant that we had to wait about three hours while the water in the ice tray froze. They had coffee makers, but no coffee. The room was fine, but the service and the manager the next day was rude and uncooperative. The reason I say that has more to do with the Hotels.com than the manager at ESA, but both companies blamed the other and neither were cooperative.

Limited TV service and outdated radio. Needs phone chargers

They were supposed to have a grab and go breakfast but the corporate leaders banned them from serving anything.

The hotel is close to Lake Erie and to shopping and dining. This was our 3rd stay at an ESA, but the first at this location. They have all been good experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to request a 1st floor corner room, and got it. Had a great time!
