Great location. Staff was very friendly and free beer during social hour was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, our room and the bed were so comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect! We had a lovely stay!

Trying to find parking was a bit of a hassle. we thought we found a parking garage but it turned out to be valet parking. At that point it almost felt like we were obligated to pay the valet fee which we ended up doing since we couldn’t find parking anywhere else. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great hotel and location. Front staff seemed overwhelmed at check in while the valet seemed confused as to our need for valet. Valet offered no assistance w/ luggage. Neither front desk or valet seems knowledgeable about the area and /or the sister property The Heathman

Fast and easy checkin, friut and cool drink at checkin was nice. Met all our needs with quiet room on a high floor in the hotel.

Very thin walls!! We moved rooms after the first night, thinking that it was just the young children next door, but then we were woken again at 5am by two ladies talking the second night. We could hear every sound! Also, the thermostat didn’t work in our room. Have mercy!
