We had a late arrival and as soon as we arrived we received the warmest welcome from Morgan. She immediately greeted us, checked us in and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Excellent customer service!

Is a nice property, well located. The check in was fast and easy.

The staff was exceptional, especially the Saturday afternoon desk manager. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable & the price was decent.

Very cozy, comfortable and clean. I love the location. Easy access to I-75 and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood seemed very clean and safe. Very friendly staff. Morgan, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and the facility appears nice. Unfortunately the room had a BEDBUG infestation and our room was switched but there was never an effort made to compensate us or at least take a night off the bill. Now we have to disinfect all our luggage and pray the bugs didn’t lay eggs on our things. Would not recommend staying here.

Customer service is the worst. I booked two rooms. I let the front desk know that. I let her know that my credit card has my median last name and my license is current. She started off saying she only found one room, gave me a diff price that I paid. Wanted me to pay for a new room. I showed her my booking information twice which she seen the amount I paid was for two rooms. She rambles off saying abruptly that I needed to call Hotels.com When she noticed I walked away and came back she asks had I found anything new. I then show her once again t

This is an overall comment. There is a strong smell of cigarrette and humidity all over the first floor. It seems that you are short in personell. This is the second time we stayed at your property but it was dissapointing. Also, there were too many people at the lobby; no social distance whatsoever. We liked it the first time we stayed; but this time was a little dissapointing.
