Quality Inn Lebanon

The night staff was courteous and helpful. We got in around 1 AM. They had breakfast available. You needed to wear a mask, get the breakfast, and take that back to your room to eat. We actually hit the road and ate in the car.

Our room was clean and housekeeping was really nice. However the WiFi was terrible and our tv remote was broken so that it was hard to change channels and some were stuck on Spanish. Also there was no vending machine and the options offered by the hotel were limited.

The staff was excellent, the location was quiet for the most part and the room was clean. The walls in the bathroom were crumbling and falling down. The hair dryer didn’t work, but staff brought me a new one. The beds were excellent and the location is situated in between all the restaurants you could possibly need. I would recommend this room for those wanting a clean room without the frills.

Broken glass on the floor. Bathroom linens were dirty like whoever folded them had dirty hands

Pretty average, a little dirty but staff friendly.

Toilet was not bolted down - needed updating. Office and dining area was nice.

Our room was a nonsmoking one and it reeked of old cigarettes. There were cobwebs in the corners and the pillows were dingy. Breakfast didn’t look edible. The sausage and eggs were hard and dry. For $85 I wS very disappointed,

Nice stay with good continental breakfast. Sheets and bathrooms were nice and clean, but the room could e used a good “deep” clean in corners and such.

Good value. Walking distance to Demo’s Italian restaurant.

Lady at the front desk was nice. There was water in the tub...dust vents and i am allergic to dust...marks on the walls and there was stains on the sheets and pillow case on ine of the bed.
