Comfort Suites

Rooms were comfortable & clean. We got adjoining King rooms to celebrate New Years Eve with our friends. It was convenient to have the couch & frig.

When i booked it they advertized hot tub that is the reason i booked this hotel once i got there the receptionist said they only had one hot tub and it was already taken for the night. False advertizing. . They also charged me extra $20 in addition To the $69 i paid through expedia. I dont understand the additional charge. Will never stay there again!

Very nice staff & clean room and close to town shopping center

Disappointed in this stay. Stayed here last year for vacation that’s the only reason Why we booked will not be returning. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning, elevator needs to be cleaned better. Gusts garbage left outside by their door overnight and still their at 10am. It was a grab and go breakfast was disappointing in the content in the bag.

There were no washcloths . The hotel was not well kept up . The lady at the desk was very rude . The room didn’t have a rail in the shower like we requested . The people across the hall had a dog .

Showed it’s age..rust on bathroom lights, wear on walls, road noise. Newer paint job was messy. Only one paper cup in room. Wasn’t confident on the covid cleanliness. No pool or hot breakfast.

It could not have been more perfect. Very clean and safe.

Room seemed quite clean except for hand smudge on exterior side of entry door. Our sleep was disturbed by a large truck idling in the parking lot right outside our window for over an hour, from roughly 6 to 7 AM. Seriously, if you're running a hotel, you must surely understand that you can not allow that!

The moment I walked into the lobby the desk staff were rude. More concerned about the food they were eating than assisting me. The room had a used masked at the bed side. the stair wells were filthy. We needed more toilet paper and was told we would receive it "when I get a chance". The grab & go breakfast bags had dried out, brown spotted oranges in them. The maintenance guy was sitting outside smoking more than he was maintaining the building and it showed. I will say the housekeeping staff were very pleasant, the ONLY good thing about our stay!

We only stayed one night but it was very nice! We enjoyed that it was close to the highway and shopping
