Nice location Poor Service

Extremely dissatisfied. Location is great but the service was poor and the front staff were uneducated and rude. The room was not cleaned and the service in the restaurant was appall g as we were asked to leave after 2 hours and it was empty. Parking is nonexistent and expensive. Valet parking was full and the off site parking is far and was very expensive, even with voucher. I accidently pulled the red cord for emergencies on the bathroom and the front desk had no idea what this was for and it took over an hour for someone to come and fix it - it It had been an emergency it would have been a disaster.

Lovely property. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful restaurant on site, which we visited after spending the morning at the spa. Loved the evening meet and greet reception offered by the hotel. Good value for your money.

Celebrations!

Fantastic stay, two years in the planning as was booked the night of the first lockdown. The hotel staff were very welcoming and it was delightful to have Champagne sent to our room as we enjoyed our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The room was lovely and very comfortable, the spa was lovely and the breakfast was incredible. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Fab stay

Lovely hotel I’m Edinburgh. Friendly front of house staff. Swimming pool lovely. We felt very relaxed when checking out. Only way to improve was some of the breakfast items were cold

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were stunning, common areas are lovely and bright and open. Spa was lovely too! The customer service manager who checked us in was amazing too, super friendly and really went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly welcome

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Comfortable common areas, nice size room. Very clean. Excellent location.

Cannot Fault!!

Can't fault this hotel one bit, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish and nothing was a problem. I don't often leave reviews for hotel but felt on this occasion it was worthy. I had let the hotel know in advance that this was a rare break away due to caring for my father who is terminally ill and not only did they upgrade us but there was a bottle of wine and hotel in the room for our arrival.
