Never again!

Three towels for a 4 person room. 3 pillows on a bed made for 2. When we called 0 for the front desk, no one answered. I had to call from my cell phone - that got answered. We asked for more towels, but by checkout none had come. There were very loud noises coming from the outside the door all night. There was someone stomping in the room above us - 17 paces back and forth. All until nearly 2 in the morning. When we said something in the morning, we were told, "it must have been the club outside your window." I canceled the second night of our stay for another hotel in the city.

no rooms available

they did not hold my room and the hotel was full. I didn't get a room. It was overbooked.

Front desk clerk was not friendly, was on her personal phone, and did not want to be bothered. Maintenance person was very friendly and helpful.

Staff friendly. Bed comfy. Parking plenty. Location convenient. Elevator needs help. Building needs some TLC.

This hotel was amazing nice comfortable very clean the staff was amazing I would really recommend this place to anyone. This will be my permanent place to stay every time I come to visit Alabama

No Towels or toilet paper

The computers was down because of the Nashville Explosion, however, the service was terrible. The staff was friendly and nice, however, the room was a double bed room and we only had two sets of towels. I called the next morning, for additional towels, and it took two hours to receive. I went out to ask the maid for towels and she did not have any on her cart because towels were getting washed that morning, and they did not have any ready. My family had to wait to take a shower until the towels dried which delayed us from leaving the hotel. Additionally, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to call down for a additional roll of toilet paper, but when calling down no one answered the phone. My husband went down to the lobby, and the manager was sleeping. Luckily he saw a box with toilet paper in it, and he grabbed two rolls. In addition, there was people running up and down the halls all night and no one in the hotel said or did anything about it. This was the first time I was so ready to leave a Marriott hotel.

Friendly atmosphere

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Made us feel welcome in this trying times of COVID. Grab and go breakfast was just what I needed for the little ones. Will stay again. Thank you
